IQWeb is no longer in service. Instead, there is a new web portal for all student, faculty, inquiry and applicant needs called Self-Service, which can be found at https://trojansweb.andersonuniversity.edu/selfservice.

Self-Service replaces IQWeb as your portal for registration, financial information, schedules and other information. Current students who have used IQWeb will find Self-Service much more intuitive and easier to use than IQWeb. Self-Service will be available for use starting Monday, June 7 unless we notify you otherwise.

Unfortunately, online Inquiry forms are temporarily disabled. We are working diligently to get these back online as soon as we can. In the meantime, please contact our Admissions Office at admissions@andersonuniversity.edu for assistance.

For those with IQWeb accounts, your username will be the same one you now use for IQWeb. (New students who have not used IQWeb: your username is the same as your email account name, without the “@andersonuniversity.edu”.) However, your old IQWeb password will no longer work, because Self-Service follows recommended security practices and requires a password that uses at least 7 characters, one of which must be some kind of special character (like !@#$%.;:, etc).

As soon as we have created your account, you will receive an email in your Anderson University email box showing you your username and a temporary password. You should copy the password (in most web browsers, just highlight and use Ctrl-C on your keyboard to copy) or write it down for reference. Go to the Self-Service website (https://trojansweb.andersonuniversity.edu/selfservice) and type in your username and paste your password in the appropriate box, then click Login. You will immediately be redirected to a form where you are required to change your password. Follow the on-screen instructions to do so.

Some options you will find in the manual are not available because we haven’t implemented them yet—for example, Academic Plan. The other options can be accessed easily by menu selections and following the prompts. There’s also a Help link at the top.

Please note:

• Registration may not be open to you at the moment. This is based on registration dates and your student status. First Time Freshmen and Transfers in particular may not register at this time. If you are certain you should be able to register but cannot, contact us via email at help@andersonuniversity.edu and we will investigate.
• Registration has improved, but it IS different. Please read the manual carefully before you try to modify your schedule.
• At the moment, Online Payment is not activated. It will be approximately August 6 before this becomes available. There is a message on your Finances/Balance page that directs you about what to do regarding payments.
• Course home pages and forums are not present in Self-Service. Instead, all of these have been moved to http://moodle.andersonuniversity.edu. Your username and password for Moodle is the same as your AU email name (no “@andersonuniversity.edu”) and password.

Self-Service is new and a work in progress, so you may notice some things that aren’t quite right, and others that change a little suddenly. If you run into problems, check the Help link first, then the manual, and if that fails contact us at help@andersonuniversity.edu, or 864-231-2457.
